I wanted to tried considering the price of the originals (exaggerated?), it works same but the small lip about 1 cm protruding from the housing of the cartridge (unlike the original that they fit completely into the slot provided) is that the water at this level can not be filtered, therefore, it passes on the sides of the cartridge, but it is evident that on the Brita a part of the water can also pass on the sides (default is half forgiven!). It would not have had that ledge I would have put 5 stars. In the future I'll maybe try the filters mounted directly on the valve which presents a cost far less than cartridges, Brita.
